MEMBER acknowledges that Cabo Supreme Rentals is an independent marketing company, and that this agreement is not dependent on any other transaction taking place.

MEMBER understands that Cabo Supreme Rentals provides marketing services to MEMBER by listing MEMBER’S property on several marketing websites including its own, www.planitmarketing.online

MEMBER understands that Cabo Supreme Rentals will not be relied upon for residual income.

Plan it Marketing will contact MEMBER 15 – 30 days after payment to confirm the provided information is correct and to assist client with any inquiries relating to Cabo Supreme Rentals services.

MEMBER understands that payment made to Cabo Supreme Rentals will have five business days to request a refund.

MEMBER understands and authorizes Cabo Supreme Rentals to charge the marketing fee.

Cabo Supreme Rentals will provide assistance in answering all questions regarding tax benefits that the MEMBER will be eligible for in their home country.
